Just when you thought is was safe to wait until next spring to head out looking at property!  Real Estate prices this past November were on a upward swing, and now its time to make on offer!  I have been watching the market ever since the price boom that began about the same time last year in 2016.  Prices came up pretty quick again in the first quarter of 2017, and I was certain it was a false market everyone was chasing.  I was wrong.

Following one of the slowest real estate summer selling seasons along Panama City Beach in 2016.  Sellers are now reassessing their positions, and preparing to align prices to attract Summer Buyers.  During the past 8 months of growing sales figures, the available real estate inventory has shrunk quite a bit.  Now there are just not enough listings out there for sale, and that’s only good news for those Sellers!  Rates are still low however for Buyers, and terms are becoming more favorable each month!
